Return Policy
We want you to love your ZenStation experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, email us at zenmaster88@zenstationstore.com with:
Your order number
The item(s) you’d like to return
The reason for the return
We’ll respond with return instructions, including where to send your package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
